"I reserved this room for my husband based on the good reviews on Hotels.com. The reviews I read are not what my husband experienced. Nonsmoking room with cigarette holes in the bedspread, stained carpet, DIRTY carpet, counter top busted around sink. The one positive is that it was quiet. Not sure how I chose this one, but I will not make this mistake again. He went to a Pastor's Conference that will be in Lexington next year, too. He will not be staying here again."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very dated and dusty, especially the curtains, and the sheets had stains. There was no hand soap, only a facial bar, and when the AC came on it left a terrible smell in the room. The check-in experience was also uncomfortable, with the staff member making strange small talk with my wife. The only positive was being able to park right in front of the room, which made loading and unloading easy. We wanted to leave early, but since we would not have received a refund, we decided to tough it out. I would not stay here again and would rather drive the extra 30 minutes to Lexington for a much better hotel."

"Great deal and great staff"

"Easy check in and check out, the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Parking was free and nothing happened to our car so that’s a bonus. Breakfast the next morning was good, not much of a selection but of what they did have we were happy. The staff was lovely the two ladies that helped us were super nice and working really hard. We stayed here for a work trip and would definitely be back or at least recommend it to our coworkers."
