I did notice that most mornings the elevators were down for checkout and the stairs were the only way to lobby/exit for several hours. Not sure why and no advance warning."

"Water pressure was almost none existent made us really mad. We stayed on second floor and were near end of hall. Elevator was scary and seemed like it needed services and kids from pool would make it wet and people split stuff in it. Breakfast was great, typical. Bed was comfy, room smelt very clean and nice. Get a second garbage can, just one in bathroom is stupid for a room that was over $200 "

"This hotel is in need of a renovation! The carpet in the rooms is so old it felt dirty.
The number on the Hotel call list at the airport didn’t work so I called the number listed with the hotel name on the board. Got an answering machine that apparently no one listens to… finally looked up the hotel number through google on my phone to get the front desk. Waited over a hour for the courtesy van. I could have walked there in less than 30 min."

"First for positives...location of the hotel is great, in downtown (Spring St) very close to the freeway. I thought the online check in was cool, but it really didnt save any time once I was at the hotel. Now for negatives. We drove around the block several times trying to find where to enter to use the advertised valet parking. We eventually had to call the hotel to figure out that they don't have valet anymore. Then, at check-in, though I had done something on-line, I basically had to repeat it...
