Cleaned the room every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location for the Carnival parade, with a balcony to watch from the room. Directly across from the beach and restaurants on beach. Older hotel, needs update.

Hotel Playa Mazatlan
Most of the staff were great. Cafe for all inclusive is okay but you can't leave the cafe with your coffee. The bands on the beach are to loud and close to hotel can't hear anything but the horrible drums throughout the property. 4 of us got food poisoning from the buffet. Check out at 11 when you ...
