Thania was great help from the concierge desk but no one communicated with her that they changed our room after she had everything set up for a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday. Also had a romantic dinner set up and nothing was communicated again I went to go ask if it was ready and no one knew anything about it. Joel at the preferred bar lounge was great he made our stay very memorable very friendly and kind even though working long hours he made sure he took care of us in a caring manner. Overall great stay on the property.

We enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious. The staff went above and beyond. Yes its far from everything, but when you're wanting a vacation away from the busy home life it's perfect. We will definitely be back.

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Preferred club was worth it for my wife and I. From the bell boys to maids to servers, service was remarkable. Abel and Fernando were our main pool servers at the preferred club pool and they were awesome. Highly recommend the hotel.

The staff were incredible! So kind and helpful. The food was amazing - lots of choices for restaurants. The rooms are beautiful and every one overlooks the ocean. My family loved this resort. The only thing lacking was the nightly entertainment and they needed more chairs around the pool.

We felt very safe due to two check points to enter the property. Staff was attentive and friendly. There were several meal options, but the World Cafe breakfast was our favorite. The ocean view was beautiful from every room.

It is a very nice and big property. I like the amenities that came with the upgrade to premium. The swimout room was amazing. The property is very new; however, there seem to be some upkeep problems. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking. Missing tiles in the pool. The room did not seem very clean. There were stains on the tables. There was no entertainment at night, which on their app it shows nightly entertainment. It was a little confusing. The room service was phenomenal. The taste was great. The Mediterranean restaurant was very good. The Mexican restaurant was not very good, and the AC was not working properly. Overall, it was a great stay. The bartenders were amazing. My son and I had a greeat time relaxing.

Dara, at reception was great for check-in, check-out and also getting change from larger bills. Luis around the pool was very attentive. All the staff was helpful and great to deal with honestly, I just can't remember all of their names!
