"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok, not luxury. In some rooms WiFi is very weak. Don’t get the $25 dinner at the restaurant. It was the worst dinner on our whole trip."

"Incredible Staff greeted us after a long travel day. After flying from Denver we landed to find out our accommodations previously booked were no longer available. Kili Seasons Hotel saved the day and we were able to transfer our booking to their hotel and they even arranged a shuttle from the airport for us. After a long passport control line on top of an already big travel day, arriving at Kili Seasons to warm and friendly staff made the day feel worth it. We were offered hot vegetable soup (sooo delicious) and a spacious clean room that had us smiling as we went to bed. All of the staff were so helpful the next morning in scheduling a shuttle to our next hotel, helping us with bags, and making sure our relaxing morning was perfect. Breakfast was yummy and the staff are all eager to help make sure you have a wonderful stay, highly recommend this place!"

"Very spa-like hotel. Beautiful rooms with a cottage like appearance.. The estate is so beautiful, you can take walks to admire the garden-like landscape. Dining room is beautiful also. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"The grounds and facilities are immaculate and the property is beautiful and has a lot of character-- very peaceful, with a river running by. I was in Arusha on business and did not want to stay in the city. My stay was perfect, except that I had trouble with the internet most days and in most locations on the property. For a vacation/adventure traveler that will be irrelevant. Having stayed in many places in and around Arusha and Usa River over the last 20 years, I can say that this was one of my favorites and by far the most well-maintained and peaceful. The staff were lovely!"
