"Old faucets in the bathroom were not working well. The faucets of one bathroom were shut off. Looking under the cabinet, I realized why. The valves were turned off and there was a wet towel. I tried to turn the valves. I was immediately sprayed by water thanks to a hole in the pipe from the valve to the faucet !!! I had to keep the water shut off. I immediately contacted the front desk. I was told they didn’t have a maintenance person available, but would come and fix it the next morning. I was...

Also, the key cards decided to stop working and since it was after 10pm both times, I had to sleep in my car. The staff was very unhelpful and stated that the managers are the only ones that could issue a refund or compensate for new nights but they live in another country. Also, not very clean. And it was very hard to get new towels in a timely manner. Waited a whole day for new towels."

There was no way to secure the windows on the first floor room. There were many vagrant types of people in the neighborhood. Do not recommend"
