"When we arrived we were told that we were double booked. The person at the front desk was helpful in trying to get a room ready, however, the room was not clean. She did come in and put new sheets on the bed and put new towels out, however, it was clear that it was not cleaned as the toilet had remnants in it. We were not left with any toilet paper except the 3/4 roll that was on the toilet paper dispenser and the handle to the toilet broke off in the middle of the night, but you could tell the...

"Three of our family stayed for 5 days. The price was a little higher than expected, probably due to Eugene sporting event. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as was the daily cookies. The bed was comfortable. The laundry room was fine, a bit small though. The hotel was close to all areas of interest. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. We would probably stay there again."
