The mattresses need to either be of better quality or replaced. They were not very comfortable.

The Lodge at Wisp Resort
Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either.
