"The first room that I was given had a broken door jam and tyou could see through a 1" gap in the door into the hallway. Called the front desk to report but never got an answer. Went down stairs, rang the bell and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to come to help. Stood there another 10 minutes to get moved to a room with smaller beds and once in, the ac was broke. No hot water to shower. Will not stay here again!"

"The outside of the hotel is deceiving to what's inside of the room. The staff is super sweet and the rooms exceed all expectations. The beds were perfect, the rooms were updated, and despite the outside looking like a regular roadside mot the rooms themselves exceed any motel experience I have had."

"After a long day on the road a nice hot shower was on the menu. There wasn’t any soap in the room. Went down to the front desk. Only to be told they had “run out” of soap & could supply me with more shampoo!!! I was dumbfounded I just walked away. Get back to my room ( on the 3rd floor) my key doesn’t work. Go back down to the desk to get this fixed. Go back to the room the key fails once again. Another trip to the desk. Back to the room it’s ok. Go out for supper. Get to our room the key doesn’t work. Back down to get this resolved. The last time we were at this hotel the TV didn’t work. So this is the last time they will get our business. For a BW plus are you supposed to remember to bring soap with you maybe next time you’ll be asked to provide toilet paper. What a disgrace."
