"Rebeekah checked us in and was incredibly nice. She was helpful when we were missing our TV remote, she provided amazing assistance and found a working remote control so that we could watch TV. The room was supplied with water and it was clean, neat, and super comfortable."

The light at the room entrance was like a strobe light. For a king size bed they gave you four of the smallest pillows you ever did see, plus they were like sleeping on pebbles. Breakfast was so so. We will not be stopping at this Best Western any time soon."
