"An oasis of calm inside the Mdina city walls with a nice restaurant next door. Room with own terrace was a really nice treat and enjoyed a hot tub afternoon. Views fantastic and breakfast the follow day pleasant on the terrace (breakfast included - just extra for hot breakfast like English or eggs Benedict)
Stayed in room 7 which was split level and gorgeous - would have happily stayed longer although to note rooms 5, 6 & 7 are under the breakfast terrace/indoor seating area and for about 2...

Aber: direkt vor dem Hotel Baustelle/Straßenbauarbeiten. Bei geöffneter Balkontür Lärm unerträglich.Presslufthammer, Bagger , Betonmischmaschine. Stromgenerator etc. , von morgens bis abends inklusive Samstag und Sonntag!
Ich habe die Hotelmamanagerin darauf angesprochen und gesagt, dass ich erwartet hätte, rechtzeitig über diesen Umstand informiert zu werden.Sie entgegnete mir , im Hotel selbst gebe es keine Bauarbeiten.Die...

"L’hotel è in un bel palazzo e le camere sono ampie e accoglienti ma siamo anni luce lontani dal concetto di boutique hotel. Dopo la prima notte mi sono fatta cambiare la camera perché la prima era super umida con un’unica piccola finestra. La colazione super scadente e ogni giorno un copia e incolla. "I did not like the fact that on-line this property claimed to have a restaurant. They DID NOT have a restaurant which was OPEN. A 10-15 minute walk away was a take-out pizza joint. To reach an actual restaurant required a taxi ride there and back.
They do have a kitchen, and the morning breakfast (included) was excellent."
