Bright, beautifully decorated, clean, perfect size for a short stay, fridge/freezer a huge bonus, good size bathroom, table and chairs good for eating and playing cards, nice balcony view to the outside, easy to find and excellent owner - thank you Ricardo for a perfect stay."

"Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. "Localização ótima, apartamento amplo valendo bastante a pena o custo benefício. Mas alguns pontos requerem atenção. A conexão de internet não tem bom sinal, no quarto ela não funcionava, o que pode ser um transtorno para quem vai a trabalho. Outro ponto que precisa melhorar é que o aquecedor que fica acima da pia, sempre que se usa o chuveiro ou a pia, ele começa a pingar e acaba molhando a bancada por um bom tempo. Requer manutenção "
