"The location was good, walking distance to restaurants, pub, shops and near the Albert dock. I also appreciated the handwritten note from the staff. I find this very warm and welcoming. I just hope they have parking but they were helpful in terms of guiding us where to park. The discount code was also good."

"Booked this room as the location was perfect for Anfield. On the plus side the bar area was great and the staff were super nice. However the room was awful, an absolute joke for £170 a night. We knew the room was going to be small, but it was so small that the bathroom door could not be opened without hitting the bed, meaning squeezing through a small gap. "Lovely hotel. Central to everything you need and the carpark isn’t far away. Staff are so friendly and the breakfast was lovely. I wasn’t keen on the omelette but everything else was lush. Beer was a little expensive and I think there was a service charge which didn’t seem fair but hey we had a good weekend."
