Hotel has high standard of cleanliness, room service is provided daily, location is great and all local amenities available nearby, especially close to haram, staff are friendly and welcoming.
It's an outstanding hotel near Masjid Al Haram and has so many shops and restaurants. The staff were very kind specially the boy who served and Tareq both were great.
It is near to pigeon square but around 7 to 10 mints walk to haram which is not bad. Room was clean and staff was cooperative. Overall nice experience. For family point of view people need to check for space and i was alone and space was acceptable.
Very small rooms..hardly squeeze in with the luggage.. shower place is very small inside the same toilet area..
No washroom in the lobby is open for guests

I really enjoy being close to the Haram but rooms are too small, making it hard to manouver. The toilets have no shower curtains or handheld showers making the whole toilet wet after shower and cold on the floors. Lack of hairdryer also makes it uncomfortable.
Hotel is clean and not too far from haram that is the only good thing about this hotel. Rest is awful reception staff dont speak english they call bell boy to talk to u. All thier bell bpys and cleaner Bangladeshi so if u r bangali they will treat u well otherwise no smile at all. We had to bag to get towels they dont give u towels of each person staying in room we were 4 people in our room they gave us 2 towels when i asked for more house keeping staff said y do u need 4 u can use 2 and share each other. Bathroom is so small and no curtain for the shower when u come out of the shower all bathroom is full of water. U have to keep asking for toilet rolls they only give u black tea bags and sugar no milk at all. They have 21 floors and only 3 lifts most of the time working 2 lufts 1 lift staff hold it for themselves so u r stuck with 2 and that 2 lifts will stop on each floor so it will take 10 minuts in the lift to come downstairs. They have praying room which is so small there is curtains between one side man and the other side is for woman. But that pray area is rest room for police who works outside the hotel they come and sleep their, eat there even in woman side we had to ask them to leave so we could pray there. During jammat time these polise officers talk so loud in the praying room no respects for people who praying. I have to asked them to be quite.
EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! No proper phone number, no proper email, no way to contact the hotel. If you have any sort of emergency and want to try getting a refund, there’s no way to do so. I was planning on going to Umrah during the first week of Ramadan, but unfortunately my wife became hospitalized right before and I had to cancel my trip. I booked the hotel through Expedia, and contacted the hotel through Expedia several days prior to my booking, giving them enough time to respond. However, since they were not responding, Expedia got involved. Expedia tried to contact the hotel MULTIPLE TIMES for several days to get a response from the hotel, but unfortunately they were unreachable. The phone number listed on Expedia is incorrect! I called both the number and messaged it on WhatsApp, and the person said it’s a wrong number. I also found an email online on their supposed website, but that email address was invalid as well. I even provided documentation, including a letter from the hospital. It is shocking that a hotel in Makkah would be unwilling to give a refund based on a medical emergency, especially during Ramadan! I even asked to get a credit with the hotel, but I had no luck since they are unreachable. I would have been able to use that money to perform Umrah at a later time, but unfortunately the hotel did not give me a refund. Regardless of whether someone wants to get a refund or not, there should be some type of phone number or email to contact the hotel
