"Apesar de ter gostado no geral, o colchão é muito ruim a ponto de atrapalhar meud escanso. Pedi pra trocarem por um mais duro e disseram que não era possível. O colchão afundava muito, não sei se dei azar ou se todos são assim."

"Pagué por una habitación de dos camas para mi hija y su novio, y le dieron una habitación pequeña de una sola cama. Luego la cambiaron para otra habitación, igual porque tenían problemas con el agua. Todos los días faltaba el agua por varias horas."
