"The location was a bit noisy and traffic in town quite heavy. It was a short stay, so I didn’t use the facilities much."

"The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

"Aging hotel but they are under construction to (I assume) refurnish the place. Room was very clean and the bed was 10/10 comfortable. No elevator (only 2 floors)."

"Property was extremely clean (not just the rooms…the whole place). You couldn’t get any closer to the beach! The motel is well within walking distance of The Pier and other restaurants and amenities. The view is spectacular! The owners ( who we were fortunate enough to meet) were so nice and helpful! Thanks for a great experience…we will definitely come back!"

"The owner/host is so helpful. We met an issue that I did not understand the reason why it happened. We booked a room for 2-nite and Expedia confirmed and sent SMS for that confirmation. 3-4 hrs later, we received a mail with content is the card can't verify, the host will hold the booking within 24 hrs. And 30 mins later, another mail was sent and said that, the booking was canceled by us. Wait wait, at that time, we're driving to the hotel, we could not do anything. We wondered how could we...

"There were crumbs by the coffee maker when we arrived.; the ceiling tiles above the shower had water damage and the toilet when flushed always looked like it was going to flow over. The shower had only one pressure flow and it was light so took much longer to get shampoo out of hair. Shampoo and body wash available is poor quality so we bought our own. No broom available in the room to get rid of sand, but could go to the sister motel two buildings down and ask for one to use or get ice there...

"Room was ok - knowing 4 people were checking in very late - did not make sure room was properly prepared - 2 washcloths were left and air conditioner did not work - it was hotter in the room than outside. They didn’t let us know at check in this was an issue and at 2am we didn’t have the energy to deal with it."

"Great location. Friendly staff. The room was a little dirty but not terrible. The biggest issue was the air conditioner unit. It was FILLED with dust and looked like there was mold in it. I developed a sore throat from sleeping underneath it and was shocked when I saw it. It need to be replaced ASAP and checked more frequently."

"I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock...

"It could of been better. I did not like having to go down the street to check-in. Need to have check-in (office) at the hotel your staying at. Need to have a mat in the tub from slipping. Need to have a better shower curtain, got water all over the floor. Need to put grab bars in the shower. "
