"The Cape, A Thompson Hotel is Simply Perfection From the moment we landed in Cabo until the day we reluctantly left, every single person at The Cape made us feel like family. Our vacation started with Manuel Lomeli, who greeted us at the airport with such warmth and professionalism that we knew we were in good hands before we even arrived at the hotel. At check-in, Gerardo, the Front Desk Manager, set the tone for what would become one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, and his genuine hospitality never went unnoticed. A special thank you to Fernanda at the Sunken Bar. She remembered us, greeted us with a smile every day, and somehow made every visit feel like catching up with an old friend. Poolside, Lenny and Faviano were absolutely incredible. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and commitment to exceptional service made every day relaxing and enjoyable. We never had to ask for anything—they anticipated our needs before we even realized them ourselves. Of course, the breathtaking views, stunning rooms, incredible food, and beautiful property speak for themselves, but what truly sets The Cape apart is its people. They don't just provide outstanding service—they create unforgettable memories and make you feel genuinely cared for. We've stayed at many luxury resorts over the years, but none have matched the level of hospitality we experienced here."

"My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We visited during spring break, and I was a bit concerned that it might be crowded or have a loud party atmosphere. Fortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. The resort felt relaxed, and we never encountered any disruptive behavior. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room had been upgraded. It was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchenette along with an in-room washer and dryer was a huge convenience for our family. The balcony overlooking the pool was one of our favorite features—we enjoyed beautiful views every morning and especially at sunset. The staff were exceptional. I had an important business call during our stay and was concerned about the Wi-Fi connection. They went out of their way to improve the internet service in our room to make sure I wouldn't have any issues, which I really appreciated. We also visited some of the sister properties, and in my opinion, this resort is noticeably better maintained. The grounds felt more upscale, and the restaurants were of higher quality. The dining lines at the sister properties were also much longer, making us appreciate staying here even more. I enjoyed the trolley, makes it easy to travel between the different resorts. The ice cream shop there quickly became a favorite stop for my kids. The activities at this resort are fairly limited, so if you're looking for a more energetic atmosphere or kids pool, you may prefer spending some time at the sis"

"La playa no es apta para nadar. Muy fuerte la corriente y olas altas La alberca está excelente, climatizada Muy buena ubicación La vista de habitación Ocean view está muy padre El restaurant italiano tiene una vista expectacular y muy buen servicio. La comida muy rica. Precio acorde a lo esperado a los cabos excepto x las bebidas q me pareció exageradamente alto Me ayudaron mucho en recepción para quedarme otro día extra porq se enfermó mi hijo. Tienen lavandería. Nos encantó jugar pickelball (sin costo antes de las 630pm) La alberca cierra 8pm La cocina dentro de la habitación muy práctica Lo único malo es que dejé una sombrilla en la habitación. Regresé un par de horas después cuando me di cuenta y nunca apareció. Mal sabor de boca aunque no era un artículo caro es imposible q no lo hubieran visto x el tamaño Bastante lejos de la zona de restaurantes si no traes auto para moverte Caminar con el calor de los cabos no es una buena opción Hay un mini Market bastante grande pero los precios muy elevados. Si traes carro hay Oxxo y Walmart muy cerca Enfocado a mercado extranjero No estoy seguro si regresaría a menos que fuera con la mentalidad de preparar alimentos en la habitación y estar en la alberca todo el día"
