Photos were deceiving as our room has not been updated, the windows were crusty, ceiling had stains, and walls had peeling paint. We checked out early and are hoping to get a refund as the room was not as shown. Lobby was nice and breakfast offered fruit, eggs, rice and other Colombian staples.

A decent place to stay, very clean, but no coffee maker in the room, when ask for hot water they bring it in a plastic jar instead thermos. Accesible by walking to supermarket, restuarant and can walk to Subway to travel to the whole city.

Good location, my room was clean. In a busy street so noisy but I knew before booking. We did not have fridge in hotel room, no ice it was lacking in a amenities, it didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Lincoln. The location is amazing but the staff are the real highlight. Angie thank you for always being so friendly, Cezar the hardest working guy in there (give that man a raise!), Lucana every morning greeting me so positively with breakfast, and the front desk staff of Jorge and Richard were very helpful with anything I needed. The place was under construction so it can get noisy during the day and my room did have a leak... twice. Again, not reflective of the staff but of the building. I would 100% come back. Thank you guys!!

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and the service was fast. Staff in the restaurant and room cleaning were nice and courteous Construction was going on and workers would start banging/hammering as early as 7:30am, not good. Noisy street because of the blaring music from the restaurant//bar next door until 2:00am. Very safe. I would return if I can get a not facing the street

Great shower water pressure and hot water. Quite hard bed. Window didn’t close properly and there was a lot of noise in the courtyard in the night. And then at 7am onwards there was construction work which was very noisy. I could hear other people’s alarms going off at 6am through the walls. But good location. Ok stay
