I had a few hiccups we booked a suite and were given a small room. I guess they overbooked things here so be careful with that. However, the staff fixed it after two days and we were able to get our suite for the remainder of the stay Pablo at the front door or desk was great he communicated very well with us and made our stay enjoyable. This place is located Llera Green Park so keep in mind. The businesses are open until three in the morning so you will hear music and possibly loud people even though that was not an issue for us and we knew exactly how it works there since we’ve been here about 5-6 times at this hotel already.

This is a great hotel to stay at for a great price, walking distance to all the best bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay, you might want to check out somewhere else. The bars play loud music all night into early hours of the morning, but the ear plugs provided help when it is time for sleep. I have stayed here multiple times and I will continue to come back.
