This is an amazing place to stay, i wish I could stay longer! This place is a paradise, and you have everything to have fun very close, walking distance to the mall, bars , restaurants, supermarket , river walks with lots of iluminación.prana by Cadissa has everything you need is an apartment full equipped , and you hey offer cleaning services, I absolutely recommend this place and the area..

Stayed here with my husband, 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful, front desk is helpful with check in, never could get the tv in my room to actually work and the WiFi connection isn’t strong at all, especially in the rooms…. My only major complaint is on July 19th my husband booked this property for Aug 1st- Aug 5th we flew in from USA on the 5th as he was showing me the property he booked he accidentally booked the apartment again for the same night night which was July 19-20 he noticed the mistake and within 10 minutes and tried to cancel it but Prada wouldn’t cancel and kept our money anyway even though we weren’t even in the country and clearly it was a accident, so technically we had 2 reservations at this property, one was an accident and we weren’t even in the country to stay there and the other was for Aug 1-5 which we actually stayed. I think it was unfair of them not to honor the cancellation request since that was clearly a mistake, and even though we canceled right away they kept our money anyway

The apartment was beautiful, but there are a few things that I wasn’t crazy about. There was no soap in the bathrooms, no paper towels, very minimal amount of towels, so next time I would definitely buy all of that plus coffee and coffee filters, but the plus was that it had an amazing view, a great coffee machine downstairs that had regular, espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and it was opened all of the time! It was free! It was very spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view! The location was great for me because my son lived around the block, the neighborhood was super quiet and walkable to an amazing coffee shop, a few little restaurants and a very cool Boutique. I did have to close my windows at night because in the early morning there was a trumpet player (who actually was very good) but it did wake me up (8 am) and some dogs barking outside. It was also a very short, Uber ride to downtown Laureles (almost walkable, but about a mile away ) to El Poblado, Manila, Envigado, all of the fun places! I would definitely stay there again if my son still lived in the neighborhood. If he didn’t, I would probably stay in El Poblado or Envigado.
