"We had a lovely stay. Location was central to sites we enjoyed (we love walking as we explore a city). Close to start of free walking tour, museums (including Naruda’s home) and other fun spots. We also found some great food in the Listarria area. Gelato across street was perfection. The service at the hotel is great (we splurged for a massage as well -ah nice). "The first thing you notice is very nice personnel who speak better English than the reception of airport Hilton does. The second thing - the property is huge and somewhat worn out. But after 5 nights I got used to it. The crowd is mixed - both backpackers and mature couples. There are both dorms and private room at the property. I wish there was a walking tour on offer, these things are more fun than a van from Chiletour. In general, I wish there were better tours on offer. But I don't know...
