"The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great."

"We had to change floors last minute due to a vertigo issue- they were very accommodating and willing to help. The courtyard is beautiful and the whole staff very friendly."

"I stayed here a few years ago and I remembered much better. This time, it was a little dirty- hallway carpets and eleveator, especially. The room was okay, except the tv is heavily controlled. I wasn't even allowed to change the volume of the tv. And the only thing else negative I would share, it appears that this hotel definitely views patrons who book through 3rd party sites differently. Hefty deposits. Gave my sister-in-law a room with only one bed and a nasty stained couch foldout when...

"The pool, water slide and hot tub are the main attractions. We stayed during Spring Break so it was (I assume) busier than usual. Front desk staff is a 10/10. Backs up to a Scheels and literally any business you could imagine is with 5-10 miles. Breakfast varied every day. We will definitely be back. The elevator sucks and housekeeping is rude- but those are minor. Everything that matters is well maintained and makes for a great stay"

"The front office/entry smelled good, but when you enter the actual building, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and nastiness, slaps you in the face. The room was filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything! Had I had enough money to take the loss and go elsewhere, I would have. 10/10 do NOT recommend, I will not be staying there again. "

"Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, bacon, salsas, waffle maker, yogurt, hot oatmeal, toast, bagels, apple orange juice, coffee, tea. Kitchen and bar menu with convenient store. Nice lobby, nice large indoor lounge nice large outdoor patio lounge with fire. "
