"New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. "

You're directed to go across the street, in a blizzard, and get a room at the TC Motel from the EconoLodge desk. But, there was no one at the desk when I arrived - after driving thorough a blizzard to get there at the check-in time advertised.
