"The staff was the best part. I booked through expedia and did not receive a handicap accessible room but the room was large enough for me to maneuver around and staff brought up a shower chair. I booked the room 2 months in advance. The doors were broken on the bathroom and closet, which maintenance came up right away to look at, and also a big white stain on the carpet but house keeping came with like 4 people and the clean it up right away. Some random person used a key card and walked in my room while I was in the room looked around and said oh this isn't my room. This definitely made the stay a little more on edge but the security staff was able to change out all the key cards and told us that everything should be good. I got to say I loved the room for the 3 days for the price I booked it. It was attached to the Jack casino but later at night they lock you out and you have to walk outside with possible homeless, I think I had to squeeze through a group of 20 homeless or so people between 12 and 2am to go around the building to get back to the room. I would love to have the option to use my phone to hook to the TV to watch Netflix or prime or YouTube."
