Also, I would expect proper cups and teaspoons instead of disposable paper cups and straw/stirrers in a hotel of this standard. "

"The rooms weren't clean, hair in the shower stained sheets and towels. The sink leaked, the towel rack and toilet paper holders were broken. Cookies on the ground outside the entrance. Absolutely not worth the money. "
