"Lovely stay in ideal location with attentive staff, good views and great breakfast served on terrace. Booked in for hamam which was very enjoyable. Only downside was we had the top apartment that opened onto terrace which was a lovely apartment with own breakfast table, but shower flooded so you had to be quick, the buildings AC unit was on our roof and noisy at night, and the town is full of seagulls that woke you up early. None of this would be a problem on lower floors."

"We booked room #1 with ocean view, we loved it. Room is big as well as bathroom, view of the ocean is incredible and sound of the waves hitting the rock is relaxing. We visited in March so it was little cold but there was a little portable electric heater that we used
( didn’t see an AC but they might have portable one similar to the heater) .
Now there’s few things that other might care about that we didn’t.
They have small water heater located in the bathroom which limits your shower time...

"We had a wonderful time at this Riad. The rooms and space were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Gabby cooked us a fantastic méchoui. The hammam and massage were wonderful. The parking isn’t too far away considering the location of the Riad within the fortress walls. One of the closer ones to the parking lot. Amazing ocean view from the roof patio where we enjoyed our breakfast. "

"We stayed in room 3. Sadly, the bathroom emits a horrible sewage odor from the drains. The odor is so strong it made us gag—the smell of sewage is disgusting. In order to enjoy the room, the windows need to be left open, which is fine during the day, but not at night when trying to sleep.
On mentioning the issue to the staff, little was done to resolve the issue. We also asked to move to another room and the request was not fulfilled.
At the very least we should have been credited back part...

"Rene værelser, men ikke behagelige eller komfortable. Værelserne fremstod indelukkede og fugtige, muligvis på grund af beliggenheden tæt ved havet.
Vi have bestilt et deluxe-værelse, men der var intet særligt ved værelserne.
Der er tre forskellige badekar på billederne. Vi havde tre værelser og to badeværelser på vores etage i vores deluxe-værelsesområde uden et badekar. Måske en lidt uvæsentlig detalje, men misvisende ikke desto mindre.
De ansatte fremstod ikke videre gæstfrie eller...

"Nous avons réservé une quadruple chambre à l'hôtel le khan Mogador 3 étoiles avec spa et petit déjeuner continental inclus avec mon accès VIP pour 2 nuits. En arrivant à l'hôtel la réception nous dit qu'ils doivent nous faire une relocalisation à un autre hôtel (hôtel Riad Benatar) car leur hôtel a été privatisé. On arrive à notre nouvelle et on voit que c'est bien en-dessous des standards pour lesquels on a payé. En effet c'est un hôtel 2 étoiles, avec une petite chambre localisée plus loin du...

"Lovely little Road, nice breakfast but carbohydrate heavy so be aware diabetics. Room and bed were comfortable and hot water working well. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional and were really nice to put up with my almost nonexistent French. I would recommend for authentic stays."
