I asked at the front counter if I could get a coffee packet for the second morning. She said yes, but then couldn't find one. She returned to the counter and said there weren't any available. In my mind, what she should have done is jot down my room number and let me know she would track one down and get back to me (or have it delivered). Instead she just gave me the "this discussion is over" look. The problem was exacerbated by the broken coffee machine in the lobby...so I walked to Dunkin for coffee in the morning. "
