This hotel has wonderful staff. They were all helpful!!! Breakfast was varied and delicious. I would recommend this hotel for families and for a place to stay not too far from the airport. It would not be convenient for a layover, but worked for us to see a soccer game downtown.

This was my first time to The Chi and this hotel staff was amazing. The shuttle driver was efficient in getting us from and to the hotel. The front desk and breakfast staff was top tier. Anything we needed help with, they were great on helping with. I recommend the hotel also because it close to the Blue Line train to go into the city. I will stay here again.

The lady at the front desk, Michelle, I believe was extremely helpful and helped us with a scheduling situation that we had and went out of her way to be accommodating. I will definitely go back there again. The pool by the way was very refreshing and the shuttle service was too.

All the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Our room was very clean. Now parking...I wasn't aware there would be a charge for parking. $30 per night, Over all I was pleased with everything.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good but the same choices all days I stayed would have been nice for a little variety. Only downside is the parking isn’t free. Cost me $33 a day to park. Could have done street parking but I had a large vehicle so it would have been more difficult. But staff was amazing and very helpful. Will probably stay again.

Excellent, clean and quiet hotel. Shuttle service to and from airport (terminal 2, lower level 2C) every 30 minutes. The hotel recording said that they do not pick up from the International Terminal (terminal 5), so I took the train to terminal 2, but it turned out that they did pick up from terminal 5, after all. Breakfast was pretty standard, good and filling. The room was slightly dated but perfectly clean. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well in the dark room. The employees and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.
