"Für eine Nacht am Flughafen grundsätzlich okay. Bei unserer Ankunft um 1 Uhr nachts war der Hoteleingang leider sehr schlecht beleuchtet und wirkte entsprechend düster. Minuspunkte gibt es für das organisatorische Chaos beim Transfer: Uns wurde vorab zugesichert, dass das Hotel die Kosten für das Taxi (als Shuttle-Ersatz) übernimmt. "Hotel staff deceived us when we needed to change the date booked. Hotel staff said if we booked again for the correct night, they would refund us for the wrong night booked. Instead they convinced us to rebook and then refused a refund after waiting at their hotel for over an hour. Completely unacceptable (lack of) service by hotel staff. Atrocious small emanating from the lobby. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
