"The hot tub wasn't working. The breakfast didn't start until 8, way too late, chains on door and frame was busted, tv kept changing input every time you turned it on and very outdated. "

"This is a top notch hotel. The main areas are spacious, welcoming, and warm. There’s live music on the weekends. There’s huge wood beams everywhere and lots of natual light. The rooms are an industrial chic in the best way. Big fat wooden square columns extend to wall to wall wood ceilings. The vibe is sturdy, homey, and cozy. Motion sensor bathroom light so when you go to the bathroom in the night you don’t have to think about anything you can just get up and walk in that direction and “boop”...

"Great location downtown within walking to restaurants. Stayed at hotel for event at the Orpheum. Adjoining restaurant- delicious breakfast and lovely bar for evening cocktails! Room decor so pleasant, renovations done top notch. Liked the adjacent parking lot. Very clean and welcoming. Would absolutely stay there again."

"They don't offer breakfast but the restaurant attached has the best food and service! Plus there's a little coffee shop that serves Starbucks and pastries."

"Spacious, comfortable, attractive and well-appointed rooms. Pleasant and cooperative staff. The restaurant was pleasant but small with a limited menu. There is direct access to the Skywalk but it is not nearly as lively as years ago and on weekends dead with many passageways blocked. There's a basic in room coffeemaker but they don't seem to provide free coffee in the lobby as many hotels do. If that matters to you check on this ahead of time. There is a Starbucks right next door in the Skywalk...

"A few glitches happened with our room assignment and the parking garage across the street. A front desk staff person apologized and did all the right things to mitigate the problems."

"I liked they offered water or champagne upon checking in! Super fancy the attention to detail was terrific. Great view too. I would definitely stay there again."

"I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better."
