"4 complaints- 1 was that I didn't know I had to pay for parking/ valet until I got there which was $35 a day so I ended up paying over $100 just to have my vehicle parked at the hotel- which is ridiculous since we were already paying almost $500 just to stay 2 nights already just for 1 room. Valet drained our vehicle battery twice because they left the headlights on the first time and the driver side door wasn't closed all the way and the radio was left on by them the second time. "The hotel rooms are very old, dark, and stinky. We booked one room with two beds and they downgraded us to one bed and could not accommodate us. We had our volleyball team stay there and several families had numerous issues with leaks, plumbing and refrigerator not working. Instead of sending staff, they handed a plunger and were told a family to disconnect the fridge and reconnect for faster service. The staff at the bar and restaurant were rude and provided terrible service. They treated us...

"We enjoyed the shuttle to the Mall of America, very convenient. The pool was smaller and the coloring was off but the kids had fun. Friendly staff and room services from Wooleys was excellent. If we plan another trip, we will book again in this hotel."
