"Reserved a Club Room with a king bed 4 months ahead of time. Arrived at Sheraton, paid for room, never was told anything had changed. Went to room and found I was placed in a small room with a full sized bed, while I had paid for the larger room with larger bed. Went and spoke to the front desk and they told me they oversold and were not going to do anything about it. I didn’t get any reimbursement for the difference in rooms. Horrible customer service"

"My bed had a fingernail in it and the bedding was stained so they didn’t switch out the sheets before we arrived. I always do a bed check before sleeping and I was just shocked. Also their breakfast was just toast, cereal, and oatmeal as the main foods so if you want food options I wouldn’t say here is the best bet. The staff were extremely nice but cleanliness was not good at all."

"I will never stay anywhere else after traveling to Minneapolis several times for family vacation and my son attending the U. This is a great hotel! Beautiful, and to top it off, Starbucks is attached. "
