The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. "Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents"

"Our AirPods were stolen out of our suitcase while in the hotel room. The room had what appeared to be water damage and patches work on the walls. We moved rooms due to a large red stain (likely wine) in the first room and the second room we moved to also had the same appearance of water damage and drywall patching in the room"

"Nice place overall. The air conditioner on the 6th floor did not work. Complained to the front desk, and initially they told me it was motion sensing and because we weren't in the room it was not turning on. Went back to the room and 45 mins later it was still 78 degrees and climbing, with no windows to open, and zero cold air blowing out. I went down and complained again and they moved us into a spare room, which initially they said they didn't have availabile. The new room AC worked perfectly...
