My only suggestion is giving more information up front about valet, shuttle services location for pickup at airport, and having an easier checkpoint to get valet car services for pickup upon return. "This was one of the best handicap hotel rooms I have ever been in, the bed was lowered, the bathroom was spacious, and it had a roll in shower. We stayed overnight and it was nice because it was connected by skyway to the Target Center and close to restaurants. The only recommendation I have is more options for the continental breakfast."

"Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel)."

"The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!"
