"It is really amazing hotel. The rooms were clean, big and good for the cost."

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

We had two rooms reserved for our 3-day stay. The first night my 7 year old went to turn in a light and was electrocuted, which resulted in all the lights in the room going out. "Very nice hotel, but there is only one way to access the hotel directly from MSP, If you exit security at the wrong spot, you will need to take a cab the 1 block to the hotel because there is no good way to walk. Call the hotel BEFORE you exit security to find the way access the hotel on foot."

"It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!"

"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."
