"The rooms were clean and well kept. They had breakfast that was okay, pool, and bar. Very close to airport and Mall of America. One of the elevators was out of service, which made the wait time for elevator longer. You also have to pay additional for parking. "

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the Mall of America and the airport. However, I had a serious issue during my stay that needs to be addressed.
At check-in, the front desk agent asked if I wanted to use the card on file to cover charges, and I said yes. There was no clear explanation that I needed to physically present my card later to pay the pet fee. Because of that miscommunication, I thought everything was taken care of.

"pool was closed our whole visit, bummer..
the only thing that I would change is maybe add another chair in a the room.. room had lots of spaced, we loved it, just not room to sit to eat in the room besides on the beds and not a fan of that..
