"It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality."

"Very nice hotel, but there is only one way to access the hotel directly from MSP, If you exit security at the wrong spot, you will need to take a cab the 1 block to the hotel because there is no good way to walk. Call the hotel BEFORE you exit security to find the way access the hotel on foot."

"This placed served our purposes for a one-night stay after a quick trip to Mpls. This place definitely isn't fancy, but it worked. Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The beds were definitely not queen beds but doubles instead - glad it was just two of us. Comforters were lumpy and need to be switched out for new ones. TV was hit or miss - we finally found a channel that worked after searching for quite a while. Breakfast was the highlight with lots of options. The seating area...

"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."

"It was very clean and good for the price. Room was very nice along with the bathroom, however the WIFI is advertised as free and does not work. Our TV did not work either so we resorted to watching TV on a MacBook that was connected to a hotspot. Other than that the place was very nice, everything was well maintained and clean. If watching TV and having WIFI is not a priority I would definitely recommend this place! We stayed to visit the Mall of America for a short trip and it definitely did...

"Staff was great. It was a well located hotel near the airport and various expressways."

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"Our stay had a rough start due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the front desk associates. However, a later encounter with a different associate completely turned things around. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us.
