"Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay. "

"This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return."

"Don’t go there to have fun people in that building always ruin it you can’t even play a little music without them complaining and I had 2 noise complaints just for listening to music when it was already a bunch of other teenagers in there having fun I doubt they knocked on their doors"

"Pros: - The hourly shuttle to and from the airport and Mall of America. - Our room was clean and comfortable. Cons: - The woman who checked us was not outwardly rude, but she wasn't exactly polite. - The shower barely had water pressure- unlike the sink, which sprayed so fast, it was easy to soak your shirt. - An extra $10 parking/night at this hotel seems excessive. - The continental breakfast was.. gross."
