"This hotel is undergoing new renovations and my room was fantastic, everything new from the bathroom to the new windows, carpet and all new furniture.
this was an excellent choice for my trip to Fort Snelling.
walking distance to the rail transit."

"Breakfast was too expensive. The floor hadn’t been swept in the dining for a good while. Our breakfast staff was excellent. Overall, older hotel, lacking updates and details. Three out of five."

"Let people know if you are cleaning their room or not. The sign on the door said no thank you to having the room cleaned. so I did not put the sign out and thought being gone all day they would clean our room. We were gone 10:15 am til 8:45 pm and came back to no clean towels, and room not cleaned. "

"there was a little bit of confusion about the shuttle bus, however overall great and I’m glad that I chose this hotel.
1. let us checked in a few hours before the actual check-in time. it’s nice especially if you were with kids after a long trip. and welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies!
2. room is spacious and clean
3. hot coffee and tea is always available at the lobby
4. shuttle bus takes to/from airport and even to the mall anytime per request

"Great location. Looked like it is kept up well. Had friendly staff and my kids loved that the pool was open until midnight so we did not have to rush to get back for them to enjoy it. "

"The breakfast is amazing at this hotel, there were lots of options, delicious food. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. There are really good dining options on the same lot. And also the Mall of America is right across the street, with the public transit station right there too. The pool area was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature. We stayed there for 6 nights and we would recommend this hotel."
