"Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay. "

"Don’t go there to have fun people in that building always ruin it you can’t even play a little music without them complaining and I had 2 noise complaints just for listening to music when it was already a bunch of other teenagers in there having fun I doubt they knocked on their doors"

"This motel is located directly across the street (Kilabrew St.) from the Mall of America. The motel has complimentary airport shuttle service, a very good breakfast, a decent small gym. It checks all the boxes, and I’ll return."

"I will never stay anywhere else after traveling to Minneapolis several times for family vacation and my son attending the U. This is a great hotel! Beautiful, and to top it off, Starbucks is attached. "

"The room was clean, but it was interesting to find a penny on the floor by a trashcan. The hot tub was fantastic. Parking was good despite the construction around the site which will time go away. The breakfast bar was a little short on warm foods. This is my second stay here they have made significant improvement since the first time I stayed here. I would stay here again. Can’t go wrong with location and price.I’m"
