Didn't honour our booking
"Be careful. We had a confirmed booking for two rooms for two nights made almost a year ago but when we arrived were told they were fully booked up. Suspect they had since got a block booking and had "lost" our booking to make room for that. They claimed they had no record of our booking even though ..."
