"Property was well kept...... landscapers were actively maintaining it. Room was spacious. Bathroom and shower were large and modern. Restaurant staff was a little lacking, but it was nice to have access to a restaurant onsite. The front desk, cafe and bar staff were very friendly and nice."

"Nice hotel and convenient. We enjoyed the restaurant food and comfortable room. Our air conditioner and fridge were not working when we checked in, but the staff was quick to fix both. The airport shuttle was great, but there is an extra charge. We would stay here again if ever in the area."

"Beautiful stay"

"The property is an hour drive from the Nadi airport. The property is excellent and everyone is very friendly. The beach is beautiful especially when you experience the sandbar. The only downside is the limited restaurants in the property. I suggest looking into expanding the dining options considering it’s hard to commute to town just to have Dinner in Port Denerau. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the spa amenities."

"I absolutely loved Malolo Island Resort and highly recommend it! From the moment you arrive, you're welcomed with a song, warm smiles, and genuine hospitality that makes you feel special right away. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was excellent, the water was crystal clear and beautiful, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout our stay. What truly sets Malolo apart is the people. "Disappointed, thought I was being upgraded, in fact was downgraded to a room with no ocean view. I did get a $200 credit, would have preferred the ocean view. Once unpacked couldn't be bothered complaining to move back to original room."

"Lots of reports on various platforms re staff and their attitude. I found that 95% were delightful but just on my last night I sat down to dinner and 2 waitresses ignored me, then weren’t that friendly and then after requesting the dessert menu was completely forgotten. I gave up. But overall staff were lovely. Some calling me by name. I did request an upgrade on my room if available as my first room was a bit ordinary and was given a stunning room which looked fairly new…I am glad I asked....

"I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. The pool is also in a state disrepair as are some of the ocean facing chairs. The worst part is they took a ‘deposit’ when I arrived and have ignored my 3 follow up emails on when I can expect a refund (it has...

"Close to airport so convenient, we stayed one night for that reason and then moved on. It served a purpose but we would have regretted taking a longer holiday here. Room was small, pool area busy and lots of children. For families probably perfect, but for a quiet relaxing stay - plenty more choices around Fiji, We found breakfast chaotic and noisy, wasn’t for us!"
