It is right in the heart of Kuta so plenty of shopping, restaurants, mini marts and the beach is right around the corner. For USD$40 I couldn't have been happier"

"Property very shabby and dirty. Food disgusting some looked like slops and cold. No first aid kit at resort or defib. Linen very old and worn. The housekeeping staff were helpful but front of desk very lazy. The laundry you wouldnt wash your cat in there."
