"A truly wonderful property in a prime location. This was my third stay this month, and I’ve decided this is my exclusive choice for Melbourne. The upstairs rooms are exceptional, featuring vaulted ceilings, king beds, and thoughtful amenities like de-humidifiers and multiple mirrors (for you ladies). "I didn't realize they were under renovation. The hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot. They had a crazy guy walking around with his middle finger pointed at me they told me he had been there for two weeks so I gather this is a place that people come for maybe weeks at a time there were no amenities, but if you're talking about bath gel that was there that's all the amenities oh, I did forget to mention the noise as if someone was moving furniture"

"The hotel was nice and clean and had a great free, continental breakfast, The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was there was only one elevator in the entire hotel. It took forever to get up and down the elevators"

"The place lacked upkeep. The AC unit was extremely loud, the TV was old and you could barely hear it, the shower curtain rod was all rusty and stained the towels, the room smelled kind of dank, the pool was dirty, and the umbrella was broken. The staff was meh. I will probably stay anywhere else when I am in the area again."
