"Booked for a 1-night stay for work. Great welcome and shown to room (in room 3). Lovely room, good TV and wifi. Bed was very comfortable, ensuite was great and heated. Own thermostat in room. "Spent two nights last weekend. Enjoyed our visit. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The whole place was really clean and we could not fault our room. Comfy beds with lovely white crisp bedding. Very warm and cosy. We had continental breakfast and ate our evening meal in the hotel on Sunday. Food was excellent. Well done and thanks to all at the Kings Head. "

"I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable. "The staff were faultless, and paid much attention to my border collie (not surprising: that always happens.) The room was too hot and there were a lot of strange stains on the walls. Very weird. The rooms were good otherwise. Bathroom very stylish and functional. Bed= comfortable. Good thread count on the linen. Biscuits good. Coffee undrinksble. I’d stay again, but I’d bring my aeropress. And I’d try not to look at the walls. "
