Most importantly, the whole hotel requires renovation -1) old and dirty carpet, 2)stale air and poor ventilation, 3) room aircon was not functional, 4)bathroom plumbing is poor (does not flush properly even though it flushes), 5) the hotel room was above restaurents so I get abundant free cooked fish aroma every night. "Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels.
