"Staff was get. for me personally it was hard getting to the room. All the luggage had to be brought in thru the lobby taken on a small evavator than walked back out to the room on the second floor. I had to make three trips to get everything up. So it was an okay hotel but not a good option for people with mobility issues"

"The room was rundown. The shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port was wonderful. I am still bothered because we were told when we checked in at 830 at night through the virtual check-in that breakfast was 630-930. I asked the guy three times because I couldn't hear him due to the sound from the band. "This was an older hotel but still nice. I like the size of the bathrooms. I guess the only negative I would have to say is that the outlets don't hold any kind of plug and so with all the devices everybody has these days it was hard to find plugs that would actually charge different items. The accessibility for our overage in devices is definitely out of date. The staff was beyond a 5/5 in kindness!"

"The hotel itself was good, the breakfast was hot and had good variety. The only thing that really ruined the experience was having to wait 1:25 for the shuttle from the airport. First I was told to look for a Holiday Inn Express shuttle, and it would be 40 minutes. After 45 minutes I called back and they said it was coming. After an hour they said to look for a Candlewood shuttle. After 1:15 they said it was at the airport, and then it finally got to us and the driver said the bus was full."

"Kate was our front desk advisor. She was courteous and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind. Location is ok (as it was raining so without close restaurants less than a mile - you were forced to eat in or get wet). Great shuttle service. "

"I don't think this property was worth the excellent rating. The staff was very nice and efficient, but one elevators did not work causing a delay of around 10 minutes to get on and get downstairs. Staff members informed me that the elevator had been out for quite some time. The room smelled like dampness or mold when we walked in. There was mold in the shower and in the sink we will not return to this property"
