"Spacious room, lots of drawers and a wardrobe for storage. It was very quiet during our stay although there were plenty of other guests. "Superb location, peaceful and beautiful. Close to Melrose itself, which is packed with walks and interesting shops and places to eat and drink. Lovely hosts who are friendly and welcoming. The actual property was comfortable, spacious and a splendid place to me. I cannot recommend the whole package ..."

"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. ..."
