"We were pleasantly surprised. Our first visit to this location. Our visit was a one night stop while traveling. Our room was farthest from the check-in office, and on the second floor. A walk thru hallway or elevator was handy. Later after dinner, our room keys did not work and a walk to the office to get new keys was a disappointment, but necessary. "We have stayed here couple of times its always nice and clean , room keys where not working as usual our last stay it was tricky to open the room door or the pool not sure what was happening we did got new keys on the from desk but the problem was the same, we talk to our room neighbors and they say their room keys were doing the same so Not sure what happened this time. But besides that everything was perfect for what we wanted it , go to Hershey park , kids always love the road from the hotel...

"Blankets had yellow stains on them. The mattress had a maroonish stain on it. We asked for a different room due to the stains on our bedding and mattress and was told no. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I checked out 2hrs later and they witheld money for the whole weekend even though i left because the room was dirty and the pool was closed 2hrs early for no apparent reason. I will neverrr everrr reccommend this place and it should be listed as a motel."

"Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs."
