"Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

"The manager was very rude. I arrived around 4:30 pm with myself and family and there were no rooms available. He mentioned that I should’ve gotten there sooner and I would have a room. I told him by me coming after the time of check in I should be guaranteed a room. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to wait. The front desk lady was accommodating. "It looked like the room hadnt been cleaned. There were stains behind the toilet and in the shower. Hair was coming out of the drain and sink was grimy. Eveything else was pretty average otherwise, just felt unlclean, even in places like the elevator or hallway."
