"Clean,quiet, great location"

"Overall nice hotel, clean, staff was courteous and friendly. The guest next to us had the TV on very loudly all night causing no sleep for myself and my daughter. The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service and when we checked in there was work being done with a jackhammer inside the hotel, making it difficult to speak to the front desk for checkin. All of these things individually are not a big deal but experiencing them all in the same visit made the stay not as pleasant as expected from a Sheraton Hotel."

"It was a challenge getting into the hotel entrance. There is a small restaurant right next to the hotel that is packed every night except Monday because they are closed. Driving through the maze of cars that are looking for a parking spot was a pain. Thankfully they are not allowed to park in the hotel parking spaces. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The indoor pool was well kept and stocked with towels. "

"This was a last minute booking but I enjoyed it. The room was nice and cozy. I received texts as a member checking in on me which was a nice touch. Only downside, which could’ve been me, big the thermostat was confusing to use. It was either free ing or very hot "

"The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, so many options available. The parking garage made parking convenient and secure. The hotel is perfectly located, many restaurants to choose from and is in close proximity to NRG. Front desk staff were unfriendly and acted agitated and annoyed. With the exception of the front desk staff everything was wonderful. "

"Absolutely would not recommend. Extremely dirty hotel, rust and stains everywhere, the room door doesn’t even seal properly, there’s a large opening at the bottom so you can hear absolutely everything and the traffic outside and won’t get a good night’s sleep. The pillows on the bed are decorative and the bathroom and clothing rack had so much rust that we were unable to use them. "
