The bedding was dirty. I asked the staff for clean sheets and pillow cases specifically. He did offer another room and it was just as dirty. The floor hadn’t been swept. The curtains were dry rotted, the air conditioning was good. To top it off, I fell down the stairs in the stair well. The paint that’s on the stairs is not the proper paint for floors. Trash and debris everywhere. Your online pictures do not match your rooms.

We booked a smoking room for one night when we got there and checked and put us in a room on the 3rd floor. I was told the elevators didn’t work my mother in-law can not walk very well and had to climb stairs to get to the room. We got to the room you had to give the door a hard push to get it open. The room itself was in need of updating not to mention the roaches crawling on the walls and tables for a smoking room there’s no ashtrays in the room I whet back down to get one and was given styrofoam cups to use. Even though it was a pass-through room on our way home, I would not recommend staying there on the other hand. The staff was decent.

After a long road trip, I decided to stay at this hotel based on the photos on their website; however, the actual condition of the rooms and the hotel bears no resemblance to those photos—the building looks like it could collapse at any moment. The hallways are filthy, and the rooms weren't thoroughly clean. Even for just a single night during a road trip, I wouldn't recommend it!

They are advertising what looks like a decent place to stay its not we reserved a non smoking room got there not only was this on the bad side of town but our room smelled like smoke sheets had burn marks and stains as well as the blanket complete trash hotel. guy in the office tried to give us another room it was not much better and had a dead cockroach on the floor crack house for sure.

This place was a dump, the walls in the room had mold as well as the bathroom. It was supposed to be a smoke free room but the sheets had cigarette burns. Smelled horrible. We didn't stay there, we ended up getting another place for the night.

The receptionist lady is very kind and helpful. Coffee was made as promised. All ice machines were broken except for the one on the 5th floor. I had to ask about the whereabouts of the one that worked.

Soon as we walked in the room we walked right back out couldn’t get a refund the room was completely nasty nothing compared to what was on the website I mean nothing at all ! Bed was terrible, black stuff all over the walls and ceiling! Bathtub was filthy bathroom stink bad just plain out horrible!

I couldn’t stay. I had to leave. The pictures online are so wrong. I’m waiting on my refund. The rooms were extremely dirty. The elevator didn’t work. They put s on the 5th floor but the maid told him no we couldn’t stay in that room. She whispered why. He put me on the 4th floor after he said he didn’t have anything else. The staircase smelled like urine. Trash everywhere. The room was were dirty. The trash can was on the ac. The walls were dirty. The shower curtain was laying on the bed dirty. The beds were full of dog hair dirty. The floors were sticky. People lived there. Begging for money. Do not book here.broke down vehicles sitting in the parking lot. And the safety latch was broken.
