"Do not stay here pulled up two cops on premises got to my room it was dirty one light blown out shower dirty stain on blanket checked out due to these conditions no manager to talk to no maintenance person refused to give refund or make it right no manager ever there I guess her name is sue was traveling with a minor had to leave for these reason "

"Room was clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance, reported to front desk upon checkout. Couldn’t get TV to work, got new remote from desk still didn’t work. Front desk offered to come to room to fix it but I declined. Public areas were spotless and welcoming"

"As far as we could tell, was the only place downtown that had free parking and only 25 for pet fee. The place was very clean and could tell how hard the cleaning crew worked at keeping it that way. Same breakfast as everywhere. We would definitely stay again if we ever went back to Memphis. "

"The first room we were checked into reeked of sewage or a funky smell, like it was lingering, or it had been there for a while. Once we addressed this to the front desk staff, they allowed us to moved rooms and the issue was resolved. In the New room, there was paint, chipping off walls, inside the restroom. "

"Just not what we expected from A LaQuinta hotel pool area stunk of mold room was not as clean as other LaQuintas we have stayed at television remote didn’t work properly and they couldn’t get anyone to come look at it until the next morning after 0800 we were checking out the next morning. Just totally unimpressed with this hotel probably won’t stay at this one again. "
